About Doniell's Online Shop:

• All Online Shop item prices include the cost of shipping and handling for priority mail through the United States Postal Service.
• All items are ordered in bulk increments with a pre-set variety of sizes. Items may not be available immediately for this reason. We will hold all sales for a standard backorder of up to 90 days before a refund is given.
• Doniell's Online Shop currently ships only to the United States and to APO/FPO addresses.
• Refunds and exchanges are only given at our discretion. If for some reason you need to return or exchange an item, please fill out the return form located in the sub-menu. We will notify you A.S.A.P. if we will allow an exchange or refund. Any extra charges incurred may be billed to the purchaser.
• All purchases made through the online shop must be paid via PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, please contact Doniell directly by email about other options for purchasing items.
